I just read all your posts, helpful information. Thank you , Just wish I would have read it before I ate the banana.. ugh...... I was just diagnosed with Celiacs this week so I am a newbie. My first shopping trip was a bust I am from a pretty small town our stores have very very limited Gluten free items.... I truly thought a banana would be good for...
