We're having eggplant parmigianna (like chicken but with eggplant instead) with homegrown, freshly picked carrots, zucchini and baby squash steamed, freshly picked homegrown roasted sweet potato, freshly picked homegrown spinach boiled, and potato bought from the fruit and veg shop mashed.   6. I've never heard of that before, only the Gluten-free Casein-free diet which we now have because we're vegan and the child is coeliac so we have to be anyway.
  7. Sick as, and lacking creativity. We have salad things but it's come in a little cool at 19 today so not really a salad type of night, and she has salad on her sandwiches for school anyway. No idea lol. Maybe a stew of some kind, we have mushrooms that need to be used, and 2 packs of tofu as well to get through. I like to use the contents of the fridge...
  8. No idea what we'll have tonight, something that will feed 6 of us lol. I have 4 kids here tonight, and thinking chickpea curry (mild) with rice.
  9. I don't know what it's called, but it has chickpeas, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, diced zucchini, carrot, pumkin, sweet potato, cauliflower, capsicum, broccoli, spinach, onion, mushrooms and chives, and I will put it on to simmer later. We also have jelly and icecream for dessert.
  10. Tonight we had mushroom and lentil soup, pumpkin and spinach risotto, then crepes with golden syrup and coconut ice cream.
  11. Pumpkin soup. Pumpkin spinach lentils capsicum chives sea salt All left in the slow cooker while I was at work then put the stick wizz in it to puree it. Yummy!!!

Not sure what we're having tonight but tomorrow night it's my little girl's birthday so her choice is lentil rissoles with mashed potato, roast sweet potato, pumpkin and carrot and steame broccoli and zucchini so that's for tomorrow night. I think maybe a salad or something tonight, not sure yet.

  17. We had a stir fry tonight. Lots of veges with some fruit and nuts in it. Yummy! Finished cleaning up the kitchen now heading off to bed. Early start tomorrow for work

Vegetable pasta! dice up pumpkin, carrot and sweet potato and bake chop up onion, capsicum, mushrooms, snow peas and green beans then stir-fry in a pot pour in 2 tins of coconut cream, some garlic and chives then let simmer when the stir-fried veges are cooked, and other veges are roasted, add them to the cream and leave to simmer boil up some fettucini...
