Hey guys. Im looking for Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. I heard its pretty good. Does anyone know where to get it in Canada?
-
Thanks for the info Heidi. I have been taking vitamin C for a while and just got some vitamin D3 today. I never heard of Coenzyme Q10. I will have to look it up.
EDIT: How much vitamin D3 should I be taking? I got 1000 IU caps. I read if you take to much it could cause cancer. 2000 IU a day should be fine?

I don't know enough about all of this. Which is why I'm happy to go to a GI to talk about it all...
Same here, im so new to all of this, really looking forward to talking to the GI. It cant come soon enough. Doctor said he's afraid I might have cancer. Scared the hell out of me.

Whats the point of going back on gluten if the blood tests already say you have celiac? I was also diagnosed by blood test only. Could the blood tests be wrong? I have an appointment coming up for a GI and im thinking they are going to tell me the same thing.

Yeah I know for sure its not bone loss. I went in and got all the x-rays to have that checked.

@frieze: Vitamin D worked for you or are you just saying to get some in general?
I got some Vitamin D3 on order and I got an appointment for a cleaning and filling in Feb (insurance dosent kick in til then)
Hopefully my teeth stop twisting and turning. I dont know if braces would matter if they are just going to keep moving once the braces are removed.

Just wondering if my teeth will stop shifting once im off gluten for a while or do the teeth and gums problems never go away?

I called the GI. I guess my appointment is just to set things up, talk about whats going to go on and stuff then schedule another day to do it. Thanks for all the info. I will start drinking milk again

I was told by the doctor not to eat any gluten at all. Maybe I should call the GI and see what they have to say.
About the milk, It dosent bother me to drink it. I heard it takes the intestines longer to heal if you drink it.
Also could my intestines be really bad if I keep eating gluten? I am scared to continue eating it knowing the harm its doing.

I was just diagnosed with celiac. I have an appointment to see a GI in a few weeks. I have no symptoms at all, feeling just fine. I just had a lot of blood in my stool for a few days in a row, it has stopped and has been normal after that. Is it normal to have blood in your stool with Celiac? I think I had Celiac for a while before I was diagnosed. My teeth are moving/shiftting/turning quite a bit. I found out Celiac causes that. Should I stay off milk til I see the GI and see how bad it is? I have only been drinking this almond stuff.

I had no symptoms at all before I was diagnosed with Celiac. The post above me makes me think I will be going through the withdrawls soon too now that im on all gluten free food.

Would think somebody would know. Anyone out there? Maybe other brands that you know are fine?

I see, thanks for the reply. Learning more and more every day.

Guys can you explain "leaky gut"? Do you mean bleeding?

Thanks for the reply pricklypear. Could anyone tell me if its ok to eat cheese? I read its fine to eat everything except for blue cheese then someone told me blue cheese is the only cheese that is ok to eat for a celiac.

Even if you eat gluten and dont feel bad dosent it still mess up your intestines? Im kinda confused since I have celiac but no symptoms at all when eating gluten.
