  8. What I do for stuff like mouthwash, toothpaste, vitamins and pretty much everything else is go to iherb and search for the product im looking for. It gives every detail of the ingredients.
  9. I eat them quite a bit too. I noticed a difference in the last pack I bought but didn't think much of it. I didn't get sick but that dosent mean much since I cant tell when I get glutened. Thanks for the heads up though. Will look into it.

  20. EDIT: Sorry didnt read your full post before I answered..
  21. I ate it thinking it was fine since I heard all glazed products are gluten-free. I didnt get sick but I never do when I have gluten. Kinda a blessing and a curse.
  22. someone on these forums told me a few months ago that all glaze shake n bake is gluten free. I noticed on the Honey Garlic Glaze package it has Wheat statch. From what ive read, some countries consider wheat starch gluten free but Canada and the US dont consider it gluten free. Should I stay away from it?
  23. Try Kinnikinnick Soft bread. Its the closest to real bread there is. You dont even have to toast it. Its a noraml loaf size too. I used to eat only Udis but I will never go back to that again.
  24. haha yeah true. I will try it out and see how it goes.
  25. No matter how much fruits, vegetables and vitamins I eat my body dosent seem to absorb them very well if at all. Im wondering if I used a magic bullet to liquefy fruit and veggies my body would absorb them better. Im about 9 months into going 100% gluten free. Does it usually take this long to heal?
