    I make all of my pudding from scratch. Like with cornstarch and flavoring and etc... etc.... I could probably do that with jello if I weren't so lazy by buying unflavored gelatin and just adding whatever flavor I want and not adding color, or using natural colors. And you can only get the mold by buying it with the 2 packs of jello it comes with.

    Tonight is pizza spaghetti casserole. My husband usually hates casseroles, and if he doesn't like it he can oven himself some stupid chicken patties or something. I found the recipe and it looks delicious so he can just deal with it. It's basically just spaghetti in a casserole dish with pepperoni on it, what isn't to love?

    Lots of local businesses have been having facebook contests the past few weeks to give away tickets. I've been trying to win some and failing miserably until today.

    I may have been a little hasty in my estimation of how long it would take my chicken to thaw. So, chicken tomorrow. I'm going to totally cop out tonight and go with burgers, mac & cheese and some sort of veggie.     I love doing chicken soup that way. I don't like putting noodles in my soup because they get soggy. So I cook noodles and put them in my bowl and then put the soup on the noodles.     Sorry, meatatarian here. Not only that but I actually can't eat a significant number of vegetarian protein sources because they'll make me blind. The few I can eat I can only have in moderation. I know I've been kinda MIA lately. I just kind of had a bad month last month and decided to hide out for the rest of it. Things are looking up this month though...

    I get a little nauseous from the smell of fresh bread. Nothing else, just fresh bread. I was quite a baker before diagnosis and my favorite thing to make was always breads, including artisans breads. Its entirely a mental reaction. I don't get that from pizza, baked sweet things, anything else at all. Just bread. Oh well. My surprise was chicken nuggets...

    There is some sort of stupid rule in my dietary crap about parmesan cheese. I have a whole bunch of reasons I'm not supposed to have alfredo sauce, I just can't have my husband's favorite kind because of the soy. When I can't take it any more I indulge in a little Classico alfredo if I'm too lazy to make my own. I never worry about fat content in anything...

    I love breakfast for dinner. I usually make pancakes for us, with scrambled eggs and meat. I keep my hashbrowns for the mornings when I'm alone because my husband won't eat them. (weirdo) Tonight I made alredo for my husband. He fell in love with the Prego bacon alfredo sauce which I can't eat because of soy but by all reports from him it is awesome.
