    If you go to the store to buy fresh mint it is $3-4 for a teensy bit, I figure I have easily $100 worth of mint in my yard right now. And it is probably 500 kinds of illegal to sell it. We have a market here that sells things like that, but there is all sorts of licensing and crap. At least once I have it as extract and oil it will be far easier to use....

    I'm desperate. I don't know what to do. We don't drink, and even if we did we would have to be some hardcore alcoholics to use up all this mint. So, my solution?     Those do look really good. I sometimes tend to avoid clicking links when I know it will only lead to baking. It seems I have now gotten myself in a mess because I'm pretty sure my husband would love these.     We had a really early afternoon dinner of burgers. Hubs had fries (frozen) and I had brown sugar sauted pattypan and onions. Obviously one of us ate well and the other simply ate.     Most day I pick just a few little yellow cherry tomatoes off my plants. Yesterday I picked a dozen or so! So tonight I had pizza. I had gotten a sample pack of crusts from Venice Bakery from their gluten free friend promo and used those up. I made one into cheese bread with garlic and fresh mozzarella.     I think tonight I am baking some sort of chicken something or other. Maybe some garlic taters to go with it or some such. And I'm sure I can dig up a real vegetable somewhere.
