    More info about me: although I now believe that I have been gluten intolerant since I was a teenager, I was not diagnosed until November of 2011. I have experienced many of the myriad of symptoms that can (possibly) be attributed to Celiac disease over the years. I was never gravely ill, never as ill as some of the folks at the celiac.com forum have described. I am thankful for that.
