    I am a blogger/baker/crafter and am experimenting with a gluten free life-style. My dream is to open a cafe, and I want my food to accessible to everyone. If order to fully understand and appreciate the struggles that some people go through, I have challenged myself to try out gluten-free, as well as dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, and well, anything else that is suggested (but not all at the same time...yet!)

    It's not strange at all! It's actually the exact same reason I am here. I really want to use the mixer (that I also got for Christmas), but most of the recipes I've found use a machine or a mix!

    I am starting a gluten-free eating plan today. I do not have celiac, but know people that do. I would also like to open a cafe one day, so I am trying to learn how to cook and bake gluten free options. My biggest concern so far is how to avoid contamination. I have heard that many packaged foods are already contaminated due to processing in a facility...
