I am a blogger/baker/crafter and am experimenting with a gluten free life-style. My dream is to open a cafe, and I want my food to accessible to everyone. If order to fully understand and appreciate the struggles that some people go through, I have challenged myself to try out gluten-free, as well as dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, and well, anything else that is suggested (but not all at the same time...yet!)
