  1. We are all well-trained to talk to the kitchen staff if necessary to confirm the meal is properly prepared. It seems unlikely that an unknown worker in the unknown kitchen of an unknown chef in an unknown city(!) can successfully create an uncontaminated gluten-free meal.   2. Our daughter has severe celiac symptoms, so she knows when she's been glutened. Daiya products have been a staple of her diet as long as they've been available (remember the stretchy ones? Miss those.) They are dependably Gluten-free Casein-free safe.
  3. Request that your friends bring specific dishes, healthy foods like salads and veggie plates, everybody wins.
