Domino's "Gluten Free" Crust

On gaurd celiacs! Dominos adventure into gluten free cooking is dangerous...What safegaurds them from lawsuits is in their manual, stating that it is only to be referred to as a "gluten-free crust". Once that crust leaves the wrapper it is no longer a safe gluten-free pizza. Upon visiting a local Dominos I witnessed first hand the preparation process....
