Getting a recipe together to make my dad some kick ass gluten free german chocolate cupcakes for Father's Day, even with the frosting made from scratch. It's going to be yuuummmyyyy

I have the hope that one day I'll find a guy who will love and adore me just for me and who I am. It would be nice if it happened sooner rather than later, but I'll wait however long I need to, to find that person. *le sigh*

I REALLY needed tonight. It was so amazing to be able to leave the house and have fun with friends. It meant the world to me. Thank you Anna Roberts and Malachy Moran for a great and fun night.

Well boys and girls, it's confirmed. I'm having to have yet ANOTHER surgery! July 3rd.

Had to discontinue my.antibiotics because I'm.allergic to them. Now I'm in.pain.And my lips are swollen! Weeeeee!

You know you're not well when just going to dinner drains you and puts you in worse pain. *sigh*

Being put back onto antibiotics and a decongestant to hopefully reduce pain. Gotta go back next week with my ct scan to see if another surgery/procedure is needed. The side I had the surgery on looks like a battlefield, haha. Tons of scarring and back up you.can see even without a scan. Awesome....

It's awesome when I just create a dish in the moment with things I have and it turns out super yummy.

I love Seattle, but knowing how gluten free friendly Portland is makes me really consider moving there one day.

Me thinks I has teh Plague.... In other news, I see an ENT on Tuesday to see what the next step is.... Possibly another procedure/surgery.... Hmmmm.......

Got my 6 week lab results back from after the surgery. Prolactin is normal (i'm fertile again), thyroid looks off so they are a bit confused on that, my electrolytes are good and my cortisol is now normalized. So, at least there is some good news
