Crazy redheaded who was trained to work with biological and chemical dietary formulas which were later proved to be life detrimental to her and has led her to a career in management and learning and teaching others about alternative lifestyle choices to be non detrimental for themselves. Also working on opening her own business. Also uses too many big words and listens to the balls of yarn that her kittens play with and co-habitates with the nicest Fish on the internet who loves her despite the fact she doesn't like bread anymore and agrees to taste test her recipes.

It's nice to know I'm not crazy. So far I have a wheat allergy and gluten sensitivity (although the sensitive part has been increasing lately)but not five minutes after my bf ate a cookie (I'm gluten-free, he's not), I blew up like a balloon and he'd washed his mouth out and everything. So he's been very sensitive and sweet. He eats 99%gluten-free with me...
