I have a 2 year old that we adopted that has recently been diagnosed with Celiac. Since we do foster care, we typically have 6 kids at a time. It was getting too much for him to see the other kids eating things he couldnt have so we have switched the household over to Gluten free for the most part. I have been using emeals ( Open Original Shared Link ) to come up with my meal planning. It has made my life SO much easier. I have found all kinds of snacks that are gluten free so it has actually become a lot easier. My biggest problem is restaurants and snacks at places like Church. I try to bring him something like fruit snacks that are better than the other kids are eating so it makes him feel "special" like he is getting a better snack than the Cheerios the other kids are getting. Hope that helps!
