so far i've found enough to survive!! which is always a plus...krogers here have gluten free options...i haven't been to a piggly wiggly yet or down to the only health food store because its in north myrtle beach and i've learned that the traffic in that direction is just nasty, so i'm going to wait until the summer season is over before i shoot down that far...i've eaten out maybe three times...All non-chain seafood restaurants in which i've called ahead, and they're always good about crab legs, grilled dishes and of course salads...most non chain places are locally owned and operated and the people are more than willing to help you out!
-
I get their roast beef all the time and haven't had any problems with it...it's so good...i enjoy a good roast beef sandwhich from time to time...i've had some of their sauces and their milkshakes too...there aren't many arbys around me anymore though i'm in chick-fil-a and bojangles country....and let me tell you what boooooooy do i miss those biscuits! however, whole foods has these buscuits that i just discovered that heated with butter or jelly, Delicious
-
i live and breathe off of these things and haven't ever had a problem and i've been finding that i'm super sensitive as well...i'd say give them another try...maybe you were having an off day before or there was a slight reaction from something else...i have days where i KNOW i haven't eaten anything wrong but my stomach acts up too...could've just been nature
-
i'm moving there in a week. i'll check it out and let you know!
-
yea...i'm super sensitive too apparently.....but i tried to cocoa puffs and just couldn't stomach it, so i didn't bother trying the trix...i used to be a much bigger risk taker..

I think that although it was a small part of the show and the majority was based around the post partum issue that they did a very nice job letting people know that celiac is a serious issue and can affect the way you are treated for other diseases. my dad thought it did a good job in this way too because even the smallest bit of cheating can really cause damage.
i'm pretty excited that it was mentioned at all, it really didn't have to be!!
side note......did anyone notice that the dad was Sunshine from Remember the Titans. i loved it!

i didnt have a good experience with it, but as vydorscope said, it was probably the newer boxes that had a high risk of cross contamination, i'm not really that senestive......but i hadn't risked it again, maybe soon
