  5. Epsom salt baths are good for those who are affected neurologically. I took one just to draw the toxins out but ended up with less anxiety & a sense of humor. Then I read the reports about it helping children with autism and ADHD.

  6. Licked a partial envelope on Monday & having symptoms. Oh well. Maybe this is a small glutening...

  7. Overdid it yesterday. YOUCH today!

  8. I tell ya, life is umpteen times easier now that I've gone PALEO.

It works? I tried grain-free for a few months, then I ate a gluten-free cupcake and it went down from there.

Need to do it again. I felt much better.

It works well for me. I never felt better and then the last two nights, I ate a bunch of raisins. Not feeling so great today.

  10. I think it was soy withdrawal. Couldn't find anything on Tylenol withdrawal. How crazy is that?

  11. I'm feeling everything, including damn sorry for myself today.

  12. I did not know I was still consuming soy in the form of stearic acid in Tylenol. Boy do I feel better today!

It is said that the only things remaining on earth at the end if there is another cataclysm such as a supervolcano or giant meteor strike are insects such as cockroaches and ticks. But if they come up with a self perpetrating hybrid, it's gonna be a tick that sucks on soy plant juice and poops out gluten pellets for cockroaches...

Yummy. :) I'm definitely tired of all of this. However, it's time to face the pain... erh I mean the music. I just thought the pain had subsided but the Tylenol was masking it. All the things we do to not hear our bodies!

  13. Feeling good today & tonight *yea*!

  14. ARGH! Nature Made D3 has soybean oil and corn oil! What was I thinking? Well, at least my Vitamin D increased...

  15. Soy in one of my vitamins FINALLY CAUGHT.

  16. Boy am I ever tired (and itchy) but at least I walked today.

  17. Already feeling the peace.

  18. Back to TM. First time in many years. It's one thing I'd like to be able to count on.

  19. Ate glutened chicken both days last weekend (accidentally!) and still very sick. Arms so weak and petechaie all over.

Illness, road to recovery, illness, road to recovery, illness... I messed up and am suffering the consequences. Just in pain & it affects my outlook.

  21. Major arm weakness & fatigue today & not from gluten. Would really like to move on from this.

  22. Hoping to super clean the casa today but not super energetic. Getting out the iPod. Tomorrow I'll rest.

  23. Really wanting to feel better. Went to the mall yesterday to shop for a suit and not feeling too well today. Wonder if I ever will.

  24. 1+ week since being glutened. I hurt!

  25. My hat goes off to you! REALLY! I started this journey in October and it's been a roller coaster ride. My husband went gluten-free because he felt it would be too difficult for me to stay away from it otherwise. He has lost 20 lbs and now also reacts to gluten though his symptoms are shorter lived and much less crushing. I have asked people...
