I too would like to know about auto immune reaction. Also what exactly is the ZGlutn? How did you find it? And I just have to say, sorry, but if you were going to poison yourself to experiment I can't believe you wasted it on only bread, I would have chosen a hunk of Kentucky Fried Chicken, a plate of French fries or even a junior bacon cheeseburger....
