  1. I am not an expert but I think it would be fine. I am the celiac in the family. My dh, ds, and dd all eat wheat in the house. They have their counters and I have mine. We do share the microwave and have not had an issue. Ido make sure that crumbs are not lurking.

  2. I thought I remember reading somewhere that Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce is no longer gluten-free? I have done a search several times and cannot find the post. Can someone help me? It is so frustrating when I know the information is floating around out there in cyber space and I can't get it  All I can come up with is old posts saying it is gluten-free. Did they change the formula or is it legal mumbo jumbo.

I have not been feeling great and I am trying to rule out some things.

    Thanks for the help.

  3. I bought some the other day at my liquor store. Keep in mind I have never been a beer drinker. The non celiacs didn't like it. My dh thought it was to much like water. I kinda liked it though. It is a very light tasting beer. I think it will work great for my beer can chicken and if you are doing brats. Happy drinking :) I wonder what will be the next gluten-free product!

  4. Hi Lister,

I have no idea about your stomach issues, sorry. I will dispense with the be careful, have a designated driver and all that. I am sure you know that already. I have checked on a few alcohols here is what I found out. Bacardi rums safe, Woodchuck hard apple cider, Makers Mark whiskey, and Midori liquer.

  5. From my experience there is no simple answer to your question. However, the new labeling laws will rule out wheat (they have to list this), but not gluten. It also depends on the product. For example, if it is Kraft I would say it is safe. Kraft's policy is not to hide gluten. If it were me I would wait until I could look up the product on the internet or call the company.
