I saw this recipe about an hour ago...dont' know where to get the featherweight flour...hmmm but I know that at Sprouts they have a gluten free flour that is very popular and well made...it is a combination of flours that does the trick. Here is the recipe hope it helps you!! I am doing lots of research on this.... Dry ingredients 3 cups of Featherlight...
