  2. Since I began healing, I go to sleep very easily. The problem is that I rarely stay asleep all night. I either have to use the bathroom or get hot flashes that wake me up. These are not associated with the Celiac, I don't think, in my case. In all, I believe I sleep better now than I did before.

I only read for a little while, but from what I read, wheat/gluten is a problem for a lot of those with EG. There was a lot of info on food sensitivites associated with it. If it were me, I'd settle in and do some reading on the subject--I read...
  5. For me it was a good 3 months before I had more or less normal BM's. Before that, I'd have good and bad days. I gradually improved and around month 4, pretty much was good every day (except for accidental glutening, which at that point was not happening as much).
  6. I currently take Vit. B12 in a tablet form. Its a slow release tablet. I understand that the body absorbs the sublingual form better than a pill. Could anyone point me to a gluten-free sublingual B12? Thanks.

  8. Berneses, I don't know if this helps at all but for years Drs. said my nausea and dizziness was because of sinus problems and allergies. The thing was I never had any classic nasal symptoms but I don't think they could come up with anything else! (these 2 symptoms were the main ones for me until 2 yrs. ago when the celiac disease came on big time.) Anyway...
