  4. When I was sensitive to tapioca, I made a blend of white rice flour, potato starch and cornstarch. Worked very well.

  13. I second all that Ravenwood said. I had neuropathy before diagnosis, tingling with numbness in my lower legs, left arm and face. It began to resolve the first few months gluten-free, but took time to go away completely. It used to come back in my face especially if I accidentally got glutened, but not anymore after 8 years.

  16. Silk Almond milk is not processed in a facility with wheat. I drank a lot of it for a month while doing a dairy free challenge for my arthritis. Are you bothered by soy?

    ARCHIVED Starbucks?

    Yes! Go to Starbucks and enjoy your coffee-- with cream and sugar:). Plain coffee is fine. I have their Awake Tea lattes several times a week-- I order mine without sweetener because I prefer it that way. Their classic syrup is gluten-free.
