Before my husband went gluten free he would sweat a lot and the arm pit area of his shirts was always yellow. Even on dark shirts (like navy or denim it would show a stain). My husband is gluten, dairy and soy free also and I buy him the Helmans Canola Mayo and he really likes it. My question is what kind of Tuna are you buying if your avoiding soy. Every brand I picked up at the grocery store (Publix and Wal Mart) have soy in them. I'm hoping you have found a brand that doesn't use soy because my husband is really missing...

My husband gets a pain in his chest area on the right side (near the center of the breast bone) kind of on his peck mucscle (what's left of it ). It gets worse when he's doing something and lets up if he goes & lays down. I was worried at first that he was having heart trouble but that was ruled out with the full cardiac work up.
