This was an old post, so I thought I'd add an update for anyone else looking for GF holiday baking supplies. I just spoke on the phone with a customer service rep from Signature Brands, which manufactures Cakemate and Betty Crocker decorating icings, and she told me that all of their icings are GF with no risk of cross-contamination.
