I am newly diagnosed celiac (Oct 2013) and am studying a grad degree in nutrition, with a background in psychology.  I am passionate about gluten and celiac disease related nutrition and my goal is to work in a counselling nutritionist role with an emphasis on celiac disease and food allergies.
