  3. Salmon, baked sweet potato and zucchini sautéed in coconut oil. This is my Friday go to dinner now. I haven't figured out a pizza that I love...Friday night used to be pizza night.
  4. We are expecting a high of 8 degrees today...yes, that's 8 degrees Fahrenheit! So...I'm making a crock pot roast with veggies, mashed potatoes and corn bread. Going to try to stay warm!
  5. Pizza sounds so good. Really good pizza...New York style. Yum...nowhere to get good gluten free pizza around here either. Sigh. For dinner...Pork Milanese, tossed salad, roasted acorn squash.
  6. We're having a chilly day...In the 40's with rain possible. So...I'm making a mini meatball and vegetable soup and corn bread to warm us up.
  7. I may try those. Currently I take Digestive Advantage, but I can't tell if they make a difference or not.
  8. That's great Dee! Always nice when you figure out something that works! What kind of enzymes do you take?
  9. I'm so sorry to hear that. ((Hugs)) I hope that the medication will help quickly.
  10. Salmon, baked sweet potatoes and kale sautéed in coconut oil. Yum!
  11. Crockpot Italian meatballs, spaghetti, garlic bread and a tossed salad.
  12. Oh...I'm sorry...that's rough. I still have the D...not as often...but I hate it every time. Here's hoping for a resolution to this for you and lots of normal bowel movements ahead! (Hugs)
  13. Herbed pot roast and veggies in the crock pot. Smells great. I will make some mashed potatoes to go with.
  14. I would love crock pot recommendations as well. Mine has only low or high. We use it so much when the kids are in sports and I'd love a good one with a keep warm setting. Tonight we are having baked chicken parmesan, green beans and garlic bread.
  15. Hi Always...you should definitely post more...This board has been way too quiet lately. Also. ..The creme Brule sounds great!
  16. Tonight I'm making Dijon herb pork chops, buttered noodles, roasted sweet potatoes and a tossed salad. Really feels like Fall here today...so I'm going to bake a loaf of pumpkin bread...the house is going to smell so good.
  17. I have eaten them without issues too...which is nice because I have issues with lots of things. Lol... Anyway...I second going back to basics...All whole foods. Keep a diary, see if there's a pattern in there.
  18. Thanks all for the recommendations!
  19. Bummer...may have to get myself a new cookbook.
  20. Addy...would you be willing to share the recipe...they look so good!
  21. Hi Matt...I had this for months...All day every day. My husband would joke that I was going to bed with my boyfriend (the heating pad). After diagnosis and being gluten free it's a lot better. I don't have this daily. I do get it if I've been glutened or eaten something that bothers my system...but I don't go to bed with the heating pad every night anymore...
  22. I'm sorry...that is so hard. I am also a stay at home mom and it's been tough. The days when I was running to the bathroom 10-20 times a day were so hard. I felt so bad for my kids too. I hope you find some answers soon. ((((Hugs))))
  23. I think the reason they want to remove the gallbladder is because it is full of polyps. It's crazy. I wonder if it's celiac. I've got a pre-op tomorrow and I'm going to ask. The uterine polyps the Dr wants to remove just the polyps, not the uterus itself. She likes to remove them if she finds them because occasionally they can become cancerous. I really...
  24. Thanks cyclinglady. It helps to know someone else has experienced it. This feels so lonely right now. My gall bladder and uterine polyps are not causing any trouble. They were "incidental" findings related to my pain. Did you have your gallbladder out? How did that go? I'm getting a bit anxious for my surgeries and my kids are really worried.
