I think a lot of us expected to go gluten free and feel great all the time and that's just not how it works for most of us. I had to go on the Autoimmune protocol, a strict elimination diet, to finally figure out that I can't handle nightshades or dairy either! I have added a few other foods back in that were out at the beginning but it takes a long time...
