Welcome to the forum, @OctiSD! You may want to consider having an endoscopy with biopsies now without a gluten challenge. @jmichelle, Puffy eyes can be a result of high histamine. Histamine is released as part of the autoimmune response to gluten. Taking B Complex vitamins and Vitamin C will help get rid of the histamine. Hope this helps! -
