  6. @Bobby123, One of my cats used to do the same thing, so I started keeping my toothbrush in a drawer.
  7. Did you have your pets at that time?
  8. @cnazrael89, Glad to hear you're doing well! Celiac malabsorption can cause copper deficiency. Elevated B6 and zinc are common in copper deficiency. They will normalize once the enzymes utilizing copper get into production again. Zinc is in denture cream and in zinc oxide used for Sun protection and diaper rash. Did you get a number...
  9. @dixonpete, Do you have any long haulers symptoms?
  10. Replace! Toothbrushes should be replaced every three months normally, and immediately after being sick and immediately after being glutened. Keep a few on hand for after glutennings and for guests. Some of us are sensitive enough to be glutened by kissing their gluten consuming partner.
  11. @Fairy92, Welcome to the forum! You're welcome to use the search function near the top of the page to search for things here on the forum. Google rabbit holes can be very deep indeed. These tests are specific to Celiac Disease so it looks like you're in the club! A weak positive is a positive. Examining biopsies from the parts of the...

  20. Start with 100 mg of benfotiamine with each meal. You can increase the amount. Everyone is different and has differing degrees of Thiamine insufficiency. You have to find what works best for you. I take 100 mg Thiamax and 200mg benfotiamine with breakfast and lunch. I found taking more after 5 pm can make me wide awake at bedtime. Lol! ...

Magnesium helps thiamine to work properly. Keep us posted on your progress...
  23. Yes, I've experienced this. It's called "sailors' asthma" which is another symptom of Thiamine insufficiency. I've experienced this, too. Thiamine is needed to carry oxygen in the blood. Without enough thiamine, we get "air hunger" like you describe. You just can't get a deep enough breath. Try Benfotiamine, a form of thiamine that gets into...
