I'm so sorry for what you've been going through. In our experience, the vomiting stopped when gluten was removed from the diet and improvement continued steadily as we stuck to the diet. I would carefully check for cross-contamination (separate toaster? new separate colander for pasta? pans and cutting boards that don't have deep scratches that could hold...
