Best of luck! Both of my kids are off of gluten. My son tested negative on allergy test but he gets all itchy with rashes if he eats it so it is pretty obvious. We test him every year and same thing, he eats gluten and gets all itchy. Sometimes the skin gets affected with food allergies. My daughter gets Vitiligo patches. I am pretty sure gluten triggered...
