I know this is an old topic but I've now had TWO instances (suffering through one while I write this) where I'm having "glutened" issues after eating Mission brand corn tortilla chips. I know this thread is over 10-years old but I'm sitting here in front of the computer, shivering, with headache, fever (101.5) and joint pain. We did eat at a new restaurant yesterday and within hours I knew I had been glutened (from the stomach pain, gas, headache, etc.) And I've had similar symptoms in the past from being glutened, though not quite as high... -

I know this is an old thread but I thought I'd share. I was diagnosed with Celiac about 3 years ago and have been feeling better and better. But within the last two months I seem to have developed an allergy/reaction to eggs as well. About an hour or so after eating eggs I develop severe stomach pain/nausea, which sometimes leads to vomiting. I get very gassy...
