I had actually come across Dr. Hsu's name because she co-authored a study about distinguishing DH from other autoimmune rashes, so I was hoping she could tell me what it is even if it isn't DH. For about 4 years, I've had a rash that appears occasionally. The first occurrence was very short lived, and was only on my shins. Now it's appearing every few months.
