  1. I have intolerances to a few foods now, so I was wondering about that.. I love cashews though, and a month or two ago I was eating them all the time with no problems at all. I mean, could I really have developed an intolerance to them since then? I don't know if they're made on shared lines (it didn't say on the package so I assumed they weren't), but...
  2. I've heard some people say that they're gluten free, and some say they're not.. I had a container of planter's cashews that I ate a few days ago and I haven't been feeling that great since then. I thought I was fine, but yesterday I woke up with a headache and was feeling really gassy all day. Then since last night, every once in a while I'll have some stomach...
  3. Thanks for the advice.. I was wondering if it could be the probiotics as well. Or maybe just a virus. I actually had something similar to this a 4 or 5 years ago. I couldn't eat anything without feeling nauseous and would get really bad chills every now and then. It lasted a good two weeks, and then at least another 1-2 weeks before I was eating normally...
  4. I was advised to take L-glutamine and probiotics to help repair some my gut.. So I bought some L-glutamine as well as a probiotic and super enzyme. All from the brand NOW Foods. I was nervous to take them at first, but I finally did yesterday. I noticed that I felt a little bit sick after I took the L-glutamine (1 500mg capsule) but didn't think too much...
  5. I got glutened on November 19th and I'm still not completely better.. For a few days afterwards I felt really sad and anxious, and just not like myself at all. I felt a lot better within a few days, and figured that was that. But I still don't feel like myself. I've been a lot better the past few weeks but will occasionally feel kind of sad for no apparent...
  6. I've been craving doritos for months! I looked at the website and it says that they don't have any gluten ingredients, but are made on the same lines as gluten containing things are made. Though it did say that they wash the lines in between. I'm pretty sensitive to cross contamination though. I'm still fairly new to being gluten free and have gotten glutened...
