  1. This article is pointless. It does not describe how social media is used. The survey is based on people self-reporting that they use social media. It is automatically biased toward people who use social media as they are more likely to fill out the survey. This article literally provides no information whatsoever that can be used to benefit anyone in any...
  2. I had a terrible reaction to amoxycillin, and I tell doctors that I am allergic to it, but I really think that it was an inactive ingredient. I was never allergic to penicillin before. The drug companies make it next to impossible, and often literally impossible, to find out about inactive ingredients.
  3. I agree with everything (I think) that you say, but you offer no solution. I assume that you would endorse getting healthier by eating better. Avoiding processed foods as much as possible is obviously good, and then there are particular foods which harm us. I would have liked to hear which foods you think are the biggest culprits, or what else you think we...
  4. I agree. It looks like it would be good, and I would leave out the chicken stock. For those who do not want vegetarian, it would be much better to make your own chicken stock. If you use processed chicken stock, I would do lots of research on whether it is free of any allergies that you are allergic to. If you are eating at a restaurant, and something has...
  5. This is outrageous. This is pure speculation, and is obviously wrong. Intelligent people do not say that they are gluten sensitive if they are not. They may say that they think that they are gluten sensitive, but I tell people that I am. I often get sick because of hidden gluten that I find when I investigate after getting sick. I have been gluten free for...
  6. Here's something to contemplate. Maybe women are more open to accepting that they might have Celiac. This could skew the statistics. Men seem to think that they are too mocho to have an allergy or sensitivity. I am a man, and I am not that way, but I think men are like that much more than women.
  7. In any follow up article on this, please indicate whether one can be tested without eating gluten.
  8. You can't base your conclusions on the FDA. They make their decisions based on who pays them the most. I remember articles from years ago about how dangerous gluten is for dogs. As at least one of the comments above says, there is no statement that the lack of grain causes the problem. It is also absurd to think that dogs need wheat since they are carnivorous...
  9. Excellent article. I wish you would have added one other piece of information. When someone has certain symptoms that are often caused by gluten, and they are tested for Celiac or gluten sensitivity, and the test come back negative, they should still try eliminating gluten. I would even add that they should eliminate dairy, as gluten and dairy increase the...
  10. I request that you remove this article from your site. I believe that what they are doing would qualify as both hate crime and an ADA violation. So, why are you giving them free publicity?
  11. This research supports the obvious fact that doctors are just covering up symptoms when they prescribe anti-inflammatories. They are causing the patient to get sicker and sicker as they do not know that they have a problem which needs resolving.
  12. Further study is fine, but this article is advocating vaccines. It could have been called "rotavirus infections accelerates the development of type 1 diabetes", or simply, "Rotavirus Infections - Some Pros and Cons".
  13. Did you read the article? It talks about causing hospital visits, and even accelerating the very disease that it is supposed to be fighting. It does not even offer proof that the slight decrease in infection is even related to the vaccine. The study does state that the chance that your child would not have gotten diabetes is higher than the chance that he...
  14. Only an idiot, or a government paid off by drug companies, would advocate vaccinating 100,000 children with an expectation of saving 1 of them from getting diabetes.
  15. This is all part of the conspiracy to poison people by secretly putting things in literally everything that we consume. No matter what you buy and where you buy it, you have no way of knowing what is in it. You can buy an apple, and it could be sprayed with who knows what. You literally have to own your own farm and grow everything yourself to truly be safe...
  16. Wrong. They say that the gluten was removed from distillation. A PhD chemist has posted on the web how this is not possible. It is also common sense. You cannot remove 100% of anything ever. That is why anything made with gluten contains gluten, no matter what. Some people who are less sensitive may not have a problem as most of the gluten can be removed...
