Update on the pizza: I now prefer the Sabatasso’s – Gluten-Free Four-Cheese Pizza to the Against the Grain. After eating the Sabatasso’s mostly and revisiting the ATG pizza, I found the crust to be too heavy. Amy, it is safe for me and I am highly sensitive. We jazz it up with some preferred veggie toppings and more cheese on my husband’s side. It is not quite as good as Against the Grain (pesto especially) but cheaper and easier to find. You should be safe with it. Good luck!
