I'm Chris. I live in Milton, FL and was diagnosed with Celiac in 2011. I have always been a foodie, so it has been a challenging journey and I have had some hard lessons along the way. I love cooking, outdoors, the beach, my family, and much more. I look forward to getting to know some fellow celiacs along with learning some tips and tricks to make living with celiac more bearable.
