It is likely cc. I tend to stay away from store brands. They tend to not care as much about CC. I also steer clear of great value brands as well....even if labeled gluten free. 

If it is made on lines that make other things containing wheat then it doesn't have to be documented that it is. I just drank a mocha version of it. It didn't have anything close to having gluten free on the label. I'd probably question its status since I just drank one and my eyes are all watery...this is a common reaction for me when products have low level gluten. I discovered it when mexican restaurants lied to me about their chips...and then after several visits of eating chips they would reveal their chips aren't safe.
