Are the blood tests to do with raised liver enzymes or white blood cells being raised( my daughter has those)

I am unsure if I'm posting in the right place as first timer i vomit until all the gluten is out of my small bowel and I'm pretty constipated my 18 yr old daughter is constipated and vomitting for 10 weeks waiting for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy blood test was normal but raised white cells and liver enzymes( dr asked if she drinks alcohol...
