This is a really old thread but I thought I'd add to it. My local fuddrucker's offers gluten-free buns! I'm excited to try one soon! ? I ate there several times in the past, before being diagnosed with celiac, and enjoyed the burgers and toppings bar. Thankfully I don't have cross contamination issues because I could see it being a really big problem there...
