  1. Are original or berry ricolas cough drops good to go? I didn't see the bag said anything about gluten-free and there were two ingredients that I was unsure about, the starch syrup and the Carmel flavoring.

  7. Thanks ennis I'll try that for the shoulder issue. How about the magnesium even if blood serum was normal would I still need it? Weird because I have symptoms of low magnesium but that was one of the normal blood levels when vitamin tested a few month ago. Can I still try it?
  8. Ive been receiving b12 shots since March and the only difference is my numbers went up to about 400. I'm considering taking a sublingual daily in addition to the monthly injection. I'll start looking into other intolerances as well thanks for the idea!

  13. I normally ever get headaches by I've had one for the last week I know it's my allergies and sinuses I just need a temporary headache med that I'm just going to take once. I never take nsaids but am willing to if they are gluten free for this headache. Any advice on something. I'm in the US
