I'm just curious if you ever did a low carb diet, before your problems started? I believe I messed my system up dieting to extreme and just looking for others that may have similar experiences. -

I have been experiencing spinal pain, joint pain that moves to different joints at different time for no apparent reason, head tremors and migraines for about 8 year now.
