  1. I've had this stuff quite a bit and it's yummy No bad reactions.
  2. To me, the smells don't give me anxiety anymore- but they used to. Nowadays I often feel a bit angry when I smell gluten cooking. I know it's not a real reaction, just my little Lizard brain being annoyed. Still. After almost 10 years.
  3. I like to make trail mix so it's a bit different each week.
  4. Thanks. Will have to look these yoga things up!
  5. You can click on the persons name and see when they were last on. In this case it was May 30.
  6. You are responding to a post from 2006. It might be best for you to start a new topic and pose your question.
  7. I've got to talk to him about exercises that aren't about laying flat on my face! Works ok in the office with the hole for your face but not so good at home... Thanks for the advice though. I would love to someday feel like I'm healing.
  8. How does "putting a camera in the intestine, making them freeze" confirm celiac disease? I thought they needed biopsies or something.
  9. Thank you everyone. I'm upping my vitamins and I'll think about massage if ever I can afford it. Can quite at the moment. Last day of pt is today, going to try to get as many excercises as possible from him.
  10. "And Zong says when gluten is cut out completely, your risk of chronic disease rises." ? i bet most of us on here are healthier than the average person eating crappy gluten rich foods, eating our whole foods diets....
  11. That's really kind of amazing! Wow! I'd say get tested for celiac with the blood test asap. If it's a no go, just stay off gluten then. Glad your problem is so easily controlled!
  12. Wonder about the USA gluten-free foods? Or is it just those U.K. People, lol?
  13. There's 200-300 possible celiac symptoms, and it's not an allergy. You must get a blood test while you are still eating gluten. Never heard of an issue with a film on teeth, with celiac or otherwise.
  14. Amazing and delicious.... http://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/pao-de-queijo-brazilian-cheese-bread
  15. I've had worsening lower back pain for a few years. Started well after my gluten-free days began. finally had a doctor listen to me and sent me to pt. Therapist has been very good it seems, but I'm not really getting better. My back pain is due to very inflexible, tight muscles in the back and hips. Not sure how this came about originally.... but it...
  16. Just had to do this for school. I'm INTJ which supposedly is rare in women..... so weird how the descriptions are so accurate.
  17. I've always worried about having to go to a shelter.
  18. Glad you are far away! Here in NC if a hurricane hits the coast, we get it in the middle of the state sometimes too.
  19. I agree. Thank goodness I never loved beer.
  20. I think redbridge has sorghum and I have never heard of someone being complimentary to redbridge.
  21. I agree with Ennis! Wth? This is simply a review for a regular restaurant with a few gluten-free options they don't even talk about. Why is this even on celiac.com?
  22. And anyone else who is in the future path? You are in my prayers.
  23. I remember Elidel! Brings back memories..... of it not working for my dh. My derm diagnosed it, yet didn't give me the right med nor told me it meant I had celiac. Make sure they biopsy next to a lesion, not on top of one. good luck!!
