  1. My gray is very white.........I went from brown to white almost overnight.
  2. Those people have a tendency to ruin it for everyone.
  3. How did you transition from coloring to natural gray?? It seems like a mystery to me! (Sorry OT)
  4. Sounds like food poisoning. Is this the same or similar reaction you get to CC? Did any of your family have it too? Who cooked it? Did you ask them what they used to prepare it? Was it cooked on a grill alone or in the husk? What else was cooked at the same time?
  5. That doctor is delaying unnecessarily! If he's been sick for 2 months already, another 3 months is cruel and unusual.
  6. Then she has already been diagnosed. Dh equals celiac, although I never heard of a MILD case. It's usually quite extraordinarily disturbing.
  7. I had no idea! I got mine from a hotel this summer
  8. Single serving PB: https://www.webstaurantstore.com/smuckers-peanut-butter-200-75-oz-portion-cups-case-case/125PC2282.html?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=GoogleShopping&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1JbPBRCrARIsAOKj2Pl3RQpCa-jw00WmIfPGYm9KLyOhUcb9OW1boJ9ukEr6kXK9VlxIxDoaAuD1EALw_wcB (Might be good for the airplane ride.)
  9. Do any of you guys hear people say this? Because when I do, I'm so thrown off I'm flabbergasted. Especially the part about the celiac friend. I need a stock answer!
  10. I don't take Tylenol, and here's why: https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/24/tylenol-overdose_n_3976991.html I rarely take Ibuprofen these days, as it does absolutely nothing for my back pain
  11. And went for my first time today. Was very happy with the gluten-free selection and prices. Especially on gallons of milk. Can't wait to have them open up the meat and frozen section to see what kind of selection and prices they have. Never would have checked it out if I had not heard how good the prices were on here!
  12. Sams club and Costco never seem to have any good deals when I've gone. We do walmart and food lion usually and their prices are better. You've got to really know your prices by the ounce to shop there! The giant sizes fool you a bit. Our wm has a decent gluten-free section but the only thing I buy there is noodles.
  13. Might just be a normal side effect of the drug. Have you googled its side effects?
  14. Wow, I would find it very difficult to be in Nc with photosensitivity. That must be very difficult. I am very fair and burn easily so I use tons of sunscreen myself. I grew up in the north so I super miss having much cooler weather throughout the year. I love soups too. Please feel free to share any recipes you have!
  15. I'm looking forward to "fall" arriving at some point. Yesterday was a high of 90 and it was so humid it felt like 100. This is the hottest October I recall!
  16. You can just eat a little of this (cake, muffin, pasta) right? I have a friend who is celiac who does it all the time and they are fine! UGH
  17. My body temp has usually been 96.8 or 96.3 for many years. My tsh always measured "normal" except for very recently when it was very slightly hypo. Been taking a low dose of levothyroxine and not noticed any changes at all in temp, hair loss, dry skin, tiredness, etc. So I'm not sure how well connected these things are in my body at least!
  18. Gluten might not have anything at all to do with the dandruff issue. Is it sebborea dermatitis according to your dermatologist? If so, I had that and I was 10 years gluten-free. One day fairly recently it see,s to have gone into remission, no idea why. But the shampoos didn't do it much good when I tried them. Just made it slightly less severe. Or it might...
  19. You are a lot more flexible than I am! But I don't think I have the same issue as you, as I do have my dh massage my lower back for 5-10 minutes every night which helps a bunch. The lower back feels more like its super bruised and the massage is a good painful if he eases into it. No crunchier. I got the idea from you saying how good your massage therapist...
