  1. Thanks for the tips! My dh makes them for me about 2x a month
  2. I've looked some up and am already doing many of them More stressed than I've ever been. But the pain started when I wasn't. I always wear loose clothing........ But I have been wearing a back brace which does help. If I don't wear it, the pain gets to be even worse. On my feet about 8 hours a day. PT guy had me doing exercises...
  3. Thank you so very much. It sounds a lot like what I am experiencing. I am really wanting to hear a magic recipe for making it go away. I've been in pain for so many years now, only getting worse. Do you take any supplements, like the ones that were suggested above?
  4. We use Dawn for handwashing and the generic dishwasher soap (comes in a green bottle with yellow lid, forget what knock off brand it is??) and I think I've been doing fine
  5. Thanks for your response. I have like no flexibility in my hips at all the worse this gets. And my groin area is so painful on the worst days I can barely walk. I wonder if it's the si pain as well? besides avoiding milk products, have you found anything ( besides moving around) that helps? My pain is worst after I have sat for a while, such as...
  6. Thanks for letting me know. I'll see if I can get a message to the doctor. I'll also let home know the pt is not working at all.
  7. My pt said tight muscles. How do you find out anything further than that? Was that the MRI you insisted on?
  8. Please tell me the amounts! Oddly the spine center wanted to MRI my neck? I turned them down as I didn't see a need.... but I wondered why hthey didn't want to do it to my back. My pt has focused on the tightness of my hips, inner thighs and the back of the thigh muscle group I can't think of the name of right now. No real relief. No healing that...
  9. Mine is 142 and the doc says it's borderline high. 116 on the same chart reads near optimal. My doc would be happy if I had your numbers!
  10. Yes, they won't affect the blood test at all. sorry I can't answer your other questions with any accuracy, but others will. Good luck in your interview!
  11. The study showing celiacs not being affected by the bread ate a VERy specific type of sourdough. Sadly I couldn't find the original study, but just a summary. These results showed that a bread biotechnology that uses selected lactobacilli, nontoxic flours, and a long fermentation time is a novel tool for decreasing the level of gluten intolerance in...
  12. So with one glutening it kills your villi? And it takes 2 weeks to grow back? I'm confused as I've never heard it quite this way before.
  13. I tried to look up celia in the small intestine and couldn't find it. Not sure what you are talking about? Never heard of this.
  14. Hope they do similar study in us. Also what does the drawing have to do with the article? Soooo curious.
  15. Did you have symptoms that went away and now they are back? And why did you go gluten-free in the first place? Did you suspect celiac and not get tested? Why test now?
  16. And what else would have caused that, or did he say??? Please take cyclinglady's advice!
  17. Get ALL the test results and post them here. The names, values and ranges. We can help you read them.
  18. Many of us have a worse reaction to gluten once we have started healing than before we went gluten-free. Sometimes the reactions last a few hours, sometimes much longer. And the reactions can change from time to time as well. It's pretty crazy. So you probably need to stay away from restaurants as much as possible at this juncture. If you go out of town a...
  19. Did you have any problems before going gluten-free? Did they resolve when you went gluten-free?
