Benefit Your Life is a dedicated gluten-free bakery/restaurant. The restaurant menu is limited to sandwiches and salads but they do have a place to eat outside.
I love to stop at Good Golly Tamale on my way through town which is gluten-free and delicious. It is in the Old City and they are great at takeout but I've had trouble finding outdoor space. Last time I got takeout and went to Lakeshore Park for a scenic picnic.
I'm around and through Knoxville frequently but haven't found a place that I feel comfortable for a sit down dinner. I'm curious to see if anyone else chimes in. I am Celiac and rarely eat at restaurants but have had very good experiences at both of these places.
