About Me
I am a freelance journalist and a retired registered nurse and live in Canada. I write regularly for Celiac.com's Journal of Gluten Sensitivity and several secular magazines, as well as for five or six religious magazines, both Protestant and Catholic. Since retiring as a nurse, journalism, my second university major, has been a life saver for me, both my poetry and articles.

Why did you use the exact information from my article submitted to the Celiac.com website? I am trying so hard to make an article not only relevant, but so people get a little personal word and I get people writing about that. I know Celiac Disease is the topic, but people want a "HUMAN TOUCH" TO ARTICLES TOO. THIS WAS SO HURTFUL. I EVEN HAVE A PAGE FROM "ALLERGIC LIVING" ABOUT CELIAC DISEASE AND BABIES OR YOUNT CHILDREN AND GROWTH DEVELOPMENT THAT I WAS GOING TO BE ADDING TO MY ARTICLE.
ALSO, SINCE I HARDLY EVER 'RANT', BUT SOMETIMES WHEN ONE IS ALMOST REDUCED TO TEARS, ONE RANTS". WHY. BECAUSE OUR E-MAILADDRESS IS rmostat.net am I now called Ray Mostat because we only have the one e-mail address. i have been very very ill and now officially diagnosed with DRY MACULAR DEGENERATION LAST FRIDAY. (KNEW I HAD IT, BUT HAD TO WAIT TO SEE AN OPTHALMOLOGIST THAT JUST DEALS IN MACULAR DEGENERATION. I WILL HAVE TO GET INJECTIONS INTO MY EYES, AND THE ONLY THING THAT HAS KEPT ME SANE IS WRITIING ARTICLES TO THE M.B. HERALD, GOSPEL LIGHT MAGAZINE AND SEVERAL OTH...
