  1. I found it confusing as to whether this was gluten or free not. However, I've not had gluten in two weeks now and had Hillshire Farms beef sausage this morning and my head is literally spinning. I'm going to assume I shouldn't have eaten it. It was good......but will avoid it from now on.
  2. On average, how long was it before panic attacks subsided? I've read some were quickly, some were months, and now I see it took some many many years. I'm only on day 3 of gluten-free.
  3. I do have a wonderful doctor. She would run all kinds of tests on me but I am unfortunately one that had their insurance cancelled after being with BCBS for 25 years. Ugh. 5. Forty years of doctors, research groups, medications, vitamins, injections, testing, etc. I've tried it all.

Growing up, I had constipation consistently and that has lasted through my adult life I went through more tests than I can mention, but no one thought to test me for celiac disease. I...
  7. I've been on medication for 40 years now for severe panic attacks. I've been reading about gluten being associated with panic attacks and want to start a gluten-free diet, but have no idea where to begin. I've been used as a guinea pig, had research groups test me, and all have been amazed at how severe my panic attacks are. However, I've never been tested...
