I am a parent of a Celiac so I am an avid reader on all things celiac. I also keep up with food intolerances because my daughter has plenty of them. I love tinkering on my computer and I homeschool. I am involved in my daughter's recreational activities as well. She keeps me quite busy, but I love it.
