I got a new meter that detects gluten in the food. I have been testing food at home and in restaurants that supposed to have no gluten but to my surprise most of them still have gluten. Very concerned. What I have found out that even they prepare food with care with no obvious wheat stuff, the seasonings (peppers, chilli etc) have gluten cross contamination...
