  1. Hey friend, so sorry you're struggling with this. It can be frustrating trying to figure out what going on with our bodies. Have you looked into eating Paleo and cutting out grains altogether? My hypothyroidism/hashimottos didn't clear until I cut out all grains (just cutting gluten is not enough). The way grains are sprayed, processed, and prepared modernly...
  2. I hope you get it figured out! If you need any recipe suggestions...let me know. I love baking and I was sad to think I could never enjoy baking again. But, I've adapted and enjoy it even more. I love telling people that they're eating grain-free foods that taste so delicious that they're never able to tell.
  3. Thank you! What I really mean to say is that the way our food is sprayed, processed, and prepared wreaks havoc on our bodies and thyroids. I don't believe it's a disease but our diseased food that's making us sick (some people are more vulnerable to it for various reasons). I no longer have antibodies and my thyroid numbers are normal range. So yes, it is...
  4. Eating low gluten is worse than doing no gluten. If you have antibodies I would highly suggest looking into the Paleo diet or go strictly grain free. Doing low gluten can make symptoms worse. I hope you get it figured out!
  5. I'm sorry you're going through this. Please look into the paleo diet or at least going strock you grain-free. Going gluten free is not enough. The way the grains are sprayed, processed, and prepared modernly wreaks havoc on our bodies. I hope you get it figured out!
  6. You have to go strictly grain-free with hypothyroidism. Only then will your thyroid be able to heal. I used to haven hashimotos/hypothyroidism until I went completely grain-free. Now my numbers are normal and I feel like a healthy human being again. Hope you get it figured out!
  7. You have to be completely grain-free if you have celiac/hypothyroidism/hashimotos. I was pregnant with these "diseases" a year ago and completely cured it by going grain-free. I now have a healthy 10 month old who is perfect and reaching all of his milestones. It's possible. Hang in there!
