I've actually had the rash for two years prior to being diagnosed. My GI says it may just be something I hav to live wth. But he does want me to see a dermatologist for them eventually. -
Been diagnosed for almost 3 years, gluten free for almost 2. I'm looking for the best ways to help get gluten out of my system, Because I feel lik I've been contaminated. I know to drink plenty of water and/or teas and to sleep but I need something that'll get it out sooner than 3 months. And about the sleep, how am I supposed to sleep when I hav insomnia...
